Your privacy and your children’s privacy are our priority. This document explains how the applications developed by Rargela (hereinafter referred to as "Apps"), including CBKids: Coloring Anatomy, collect, use, and protect the information generated during use.
1. Information Collected
Our Apps are designed to work offline, ensuring that the data generated remains on your device. We do not collect personally identifiable information such as name, email, or age. The information collected includes:
1.1. Interaction and Progress Data (Stored Locally)
Drawings and Paintings: When you use the coloring feature, the images of your drawings are saved as image files (PNG) directly in the internal storage of your device, inside the App’s data folder.
Progress in Activities: The state of interactive activities (such as word searches, crosswords, drag-and-drop activities) is saved on your device. This allows you to close the App and continue where you left off. These data are stored in a local database (SQLite) or configuration files (JSON).
Important: All of this information is saved exclusively on your device. They are not sent, shared, or stored on our servers or any third-party cloud service.
1.2. App Permissions
Storage Access: The App may request permission to access your device’s storage. This permission is only required to save your drawings and the progress of the activities you perform. The App does not access, read, or modify any other personal files on your device.
2. How We Use Your Information
The information generated and stored is used exclusively to:
Save User Progress: Allow you to save your artistic creations and progress in educational activities.
Improve the App Experience: Restore your work when reopening a page or activity, providing a continuous and personalized experience.
Offline Functionality: Ensure that all main features of the App work without the need for an internet connection.
3. Information Sharing
We do not share your data with third parties.
Since all activity and drawing data are stored locally, they are not accessible by us or any other entity.
External Links: The App may contain links to external websites (for example, a button to our store or institutional website). By clicking these links, you will be redirected to an environment outside our App. Browsing and interaction on those sites are governed by their privacy policies, not this one.
4. Data Security and Retention
The security of your data is directly linked to the security of your device. We keep the data in the App for as long as you have it installed. You have full control over your information and can delete it at any time.
5. User Rights
You have full control over the data generated in the App.
Access and Correction: You can access and view your drawings and saved activities directly in the "Saved Interactions" section of the App (if applicable).
Data Deletion: You can delete specific interactions through the App. To remove all data at once, simply uninstall the application from your device.
6. Children’s Privacy
Our Apps are designed to be safe for all ages, including children.
We do not intentionally collect any personally identifiable information from children.
The activities are self-contained within the App and have no social components or external data sharing features.
7. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of any changes by publishing the new policy within the App or on the app store page. We recommend reviewing this policy regularly.

Welcome! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our educational applications ("Service"). By installing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Use of the Service
1.1. Eligibility
Our Apps are intended for all ages. If you are underage, you must use the Service under the supervision and with the permission of a parent or legal guardian. The parent or guardian is responsible for all activities of the minor in the Service.
1.2. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with these Terms.

All rights, titles, and interests in the Service (including, but not limited to, images, text, design, activities, and source code) are owned or licensed by Rargela and are protected by copyright laws.
3.2. User-Generated Content
You retain all rights to the content you create using the Service (your drawings and activity solutions). By using the App, you only grant us the right to store and display this content for you, within the App and on your own device.
4. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
5. Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after any changes are published will constitute your acceptance of the new Terms.
6. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Uninstalling the application from your device will terminate your license to use it.
7. Limitation of Liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL RARGELA BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

8.1. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Brazil, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
8.2. Entire Agreement
These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Rargela regarding the Service.
